World data, greek characters

Hello all, I am writing this question in english in case any english-speaking readers spot it on google and want to contribute.

I am making a couple of grepolis tools (for personal use and later on, why not, public) that use data from grepolis World Data:

Available Data
Alliances -- http://gr1.grepolis.com/data/alliances.txt
Players -- http://gr1.grepolis.com/data/players.txt
Towns -- http://gr1.grepolis.com/data/towns.txt
Islands -- http://gr1.grepolis.com/data/islands.txt Only download once!
Conquest -- http://gr1.grepolis.com/data/conquers.txt

...or http://gr2.grepolis.com/data/alliances.txt
for world 2, etc.

The problem is that the retrieved .txt file doesn't show greek characters correctly (for player names, towns, etc.)
instead, greek names appear like this:
%CE%9E%CE%B5%CE%BD%CE%B9%CE ...

Is there a way to retrieve World Data with greek names displayed properly?

Use ISO-8859-7 character encoding

you can also start microsoft word and paste there whatever you want
greek characters are accepted

There is a special coding for the greek characters in internet url names so this is the GREEK URL ENCONDING
